Today was my
first day of a new bible study, Discerning
the Voice of God, by Priscilla Shirer.
Today, I am
convicted that God speaks.
Today, in
order to hear His voice, to have His Word replace mine…
I need to shut up.
“Whoever belongs to God hears what God says” John 8:47.
“My
sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me” John 10:27.
“The person without
the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but
considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned
only through the Spirit” 1 Corinthians 2:14.
“This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well
pleased.
Listen to him!”
